Today’s #TakeMeBackMilton is the lumber mill which was located on the north west corner of Mill St. and Garden Lane. It was operated in 1875 by J. R. Mitchell, then later by Messers, Hunter and Ezard. Other names which appear to have owned and operated the business were: Jones, Somerville, Merkley and Noble. The Mill supplied building materials to build many homes in Town trouve.
