WELCOME:

This is the primary layout of the web site of the Milton
Historical Society. Of course it will change with time but at
present these are the primary categories.
|
ABOUT US:

This part of the web site was set up to explain the organization
and work of the Milton Historical Society to those that are not
involved in the day-to-day operations, as well as to assist the
regular members with the new work programs in development. If
you want to become involved in the MHS organization, this is
valuable information.
|
EVENTS:

Here at the EVENTS page you will find out most of what you
need to know about the past, ongoing and future activities of
the Milton Historical Society. These topics cover all the
ongoing PROGRAMS,
the ONGOING
EVENTS, as well as PAST
EVENTS that may be of interest to the members and visitors
and the SPECIAL PROJECTS that come-and-go on a regular basis.
|
RESEARCH:

This is one of the most concentrated areas of the Milton
Historical Society as this is where you will find the
information on past and present projects that relate to the
ongoing work of the MHS, The main categories cover what can be
found in the ARCHIVES,
what PUBLICATIONS
are available that report on the work of the MHS and what WEBSITES
report on the ongoing activities. In addition you can find
copies of the past and current NEWSLETTERS
of the MHS at this page.
|
OTHER PAGES:
You won't find all of the details of the "Other Pages"
here on this page but you will find them within the web site.
For example, there is a hyperlink to a summary page that shows EXTERIOR
LINKS to other associations and programs that influence and
interact with the Milton Historical Society. There is also a TABLE
OF CONTENTS page which automatically updates every time a
new page is added to the web site. Lastly, there is this new
page which is a link to NAVIGATION
within the MHS web site.
At the bottom of each page you will also find a list of
"Quick Links" that will take you to all of the primary
pages. If you every have a question or comment about the web
site you are encouraged to send those to the MHS
Web or drop in to the MHS facility on James Street.
Thank you for visiting the MHS web site and taking this tour! |
